NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH A DISABILITY

Our satellite office, located in Attleboro, is handicap accessible. However, our main office, located in Taunton, is not physically accessible to individuals with mobility impairments. In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Registry has arranged for accessible space in the Taunton Superior Courthouse at 9 Court Street, which is adjacent to our Registry at 11 Court Street and is fully ADA accessible with handicap parking.  Individuals may use that space to review Registry documents, either through an on-site computer terminal or in hard copy, and to conduct closings.  Please contact us at the number below and we will meet you at that location.

Public Records Request

Images of our land records dating back to 1751, and indices from 1957 through and including documents received and recorded by the Registry on the current day are online and available for viewing. These records may be viewed by accessing the Search Records page of our website. Please also consult this link for a complete list of the land records available for viewing. For assistance in viewing these documents or in obtaining copies of these documents please contact our office Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM at 508-822-0502.

For Public Records Requests under the newly amended Public Records Law please use the form below and submit via email to the Bristol County Northern District Registry of Deeds Records Access Officer. This form may also be printed and mailed to the Registry's Records Access Officer, 11 Court Street, Taunton, MA 02780. This form should only be used for Public Records Requests. All other inquiries, as in the past, should be directed to any of our clerks or by emailing us at registry@tauntondeeds.com.
